This 20,000 sft office is one of the lowest carbon footprint buildings we have done since the inception of WSA.

The Client, Mr. Rajat Mehta, gave WSA a clear brief of creating a sustainable and low carbon footprint built environment.

The use of imperfect refractory bricks (a business vertical of the group) are used for partitions and external cladding, Vitrified tiles are used in the complete office. The furniture is made out of recycled wood all imported from china.

All of the above are low on manufacturing costs (and some don't have any additional manufacturing costs and energy).
